Bryan Shopka

Bryan Shopka has helped thousands of people in the Calgary region rehabilitate after many different types of injuries. His extensive training, expertise, compassion and experience creates an impressive skillset that is able to speed many an injured client towards recovery. Earning his Bachelors degree in Medical Rehabilitation (physiotherapy) at the University of Manitoba in 2001, Bryan has been practicing in his field for 14 years. In 2003 he successfully completed his Masters of Physiotherapy–Manipulative Coursework at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia and has trained and certified in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada.

Rochelle Lequier

Rochelle is one of the founding partners of Resolve, she has been helping people recover from injury for the last 13 years. Rochelle uses her vast knowledge as a physiotherapist combined with a strong background in acupuncture to help her patients resolve their injuries. Rochelle Lequier earned her Bachelors degree in Medical Rehabilitation (physiotherapy) at the University of Manitoba in 2001. She then went on to train and certify with the acupuncture foundation of Canada the same year. Due to the huge improvements she saw in her patients by combining the two methodologies, she continued her training in 2007 to include advanced dry needling techniques (GTT). She has also obtained her bachelors degree in Physical Education in 1997 from the University of Manitoba. Rochelle has also taken a special interest in utilizing real-time ultrasounds in the diagnosis and treatment of low back pain / conditions. Rochelle’s professional interests lie in the study and benefits of kinesiology training as well as real time ultrasound assessment which allows for more responsive therapeutic treatments. By studying the interaction of musculature, ligament, tendon and bone within an inured area, in real time, Rochelle is better able to respond to and understand her client’s injuries, thus ensuring the best possible treatment.

Lori Fitzpatrick

Lori Fitzpatrick graduated from the University of Calgary in 1991 with a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) degree. While attending the University of Calgary she was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team and was awarded one of the Top Ten Academic Athletes. Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physical Therapy (BHScPT) in 1996 from McMaster University (Hamilton, ON). She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta and a Fellow of the Cana- dian Academy of Manipulative Therapists. She studied and trained at the Institute for the Study and Treatment of Pain (ISTOP) in Vancouver, BC. in 2000 and is certified to perform Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). Lori has 18 years of clinical experience in outpatient private practice in Calgary, AB. She enjoys the challenge that each new case presents and is especially interested in working with people who are interested in helping themselves in their rehabilitation program.

Charlotte Marvin

Charlotte Marvin is an experienced physiotherapist from the UK. She graduated from Brunel University in London in 2008. Charlotte went from study to work in a variety of clinical settings including orthopaedics, surgical, paediatrics and musculoskeletal. She is certified in acupuncture through the AACP and spinal manipulation through Swodean Institute. Charlotte moved from the UK to Calgary two years ago where she transferred her certifications to the Physiotherapy Alberta College. Her interest now lies in musculoskeletal injuries and enjoys the diversity this type of rehabilitation entails

Having a lifelong interest in massage and helping others, she put aside her office job and followed her passion to become a fully qualified massage therapist, completing her formal 2200 hours training in 2016. Prior to her formal qualification, she has experience helping athletes with their training recovery and many people overcome injuries. She has a strong therapeutic interest in massage, and her aim has always been to use massage as a tool help others recover from injury or with sports training, while deepening her knowledge of deep tissue manipulation and acupressure.
